K2 Capital Management, LLC. was founded in 2004, as a solutions-
focused Merchant Banking company that provides financing and merger
and acquisition services for small to medium-sized companies. K2 Capital
will provide well managed companies with mezzanine debt and equity

Accounting, Public Relations, Market Makers, Investment Banking Firms
and Investor Relations.
K2 Capital's management team has identified several industries that they
feel are primed for exceptional growth. The team is currently identifying
companies, that over the next 12 months posses the fundamentals that
will enable them to grow exponentially. K2 Capital will provide these
target companies with the capital, management and strategies to take
their businesses to the "next level". In return K2 Capital will receive an
equity stake in each of these companies. After a K2 Capital investment,
the market value of the target company is expected to increase
dramatically. This increase in value should translate into capital
appreciation of K2 Capital's shares, as well as provide dividends in the
form of stock of the target company's securities and or cash, directly to
K2 Capital's shareholders.

- Within the next twelve months, the Company expects to hold
securities in at least 8-10 growth companies.
- At least 90% of all of K2 Capital's holdings (Cash & Securities) will
be dispersed directly to shareholders/partners.
